Nick Heidelberger is the Senior Editor of GolfLink and a member of the Golf Writers Association of America (GWAA). The Moscow, Idaho native has been obsessing over golf equipment since he first picked up a club more than 15 years ago.
With the mission of turning technical golf equipment jargon into useful, understandable conclusions, Nick has designed and run rigorous testing protocols for golf shoes, golf rangefinders, and golf balls. Overall, he’s tested and reviewed over 100 golf products in his five years at GolfLink.
In all, Nick has spent nine years covering golf, first with GolfWRX, then launching the At The Turn podcast and managing the communications efforts for the New England PGA before taking the reins of GolfLink’s editorial efforts.
Nick gets the most out of an abbreviated Idaho golf season and plays around 35 rounds of golf a year. You’re more likely to find him hoofing a public track at twilight with a PBR than shelling out top dollar for an exclusive tee time.
