Very nice course for a public course. Some holes are difficult. Course is usually well maintained.

Best Value in Columbia that I've found. Course is great for a public course. Whoever the moron is that left the comment about the brown grass not being watered. Grass is dormant in the South until April. Duh! Lol

The course was a nice challenge. Other than that, not too much to say about this course. Cart rental should be for the cart and not person. Rip off in that respect. I probably won't go back!

better than most public courses and some great elevations that i'm not used to in the lowcountry of south carolina. greens and fairways were in great shape on june 1,2008

Pretty Good Value for what you pay. The course itself is in pretty good shape and the greens are really challenging. Very hard to read. And although it really needs to soup up its ammenities, the chilli dogs I tasted where some of the best I have had in a long time.

that last review must have been from one of that busload of yankees that was all over the course a few weeks ago. hey, its a public course...it aint Augusta but it is reasonably priced and its challenging.

Maybe its taken care of during different times of the year, but one of the worst courses we played over a 3 day golf excursion. I wasn't sure if they had watered anything for the last 6 months, as everything was brown. Clubhouse is nothing and staff isn't very friendly.

This is a public course owned and run by the Richland County recreation department that I have played often. It is very well maintained and has some challenging holes. The two Par 5's on the back nine are particularly challenging. The greens are usually either good or very good. They are not country club level but are consistent in their care. They water and cut the fairways regularly so the grass and lies in the fairway are better than average. The price for 18 with a cart on Friday afternoon is about $28 which is a really good value.
