This course has 6 different sets of tees to challenge all skill levels. The tee boxes and fairways were in really good condition but the greens were pretty inconsistent. There were some bad patches, but even overlooking those issues the greens were the best. They are not too fast but the ball doesn't really roll all that true. The greens at nearby Lulu Country Club are much faster, but in perfect condition.

There is a driving range and a nice short game practice area with multiple greens to practice chips, sand, and pitch shots.

The course itself was not too memorable for most of the holes, except for the fact that the O.B. markers line almost every hole and are very, very, close to the cart path, in some cases less than 12 inches from the path itself. The course is setup through a housing development with many of the houses lining the fairways on the left side of each hole. I normally lose about 3-4 balls if I am having a tough round, on this course, from the white tees, I had 11 penalty shots. Our group had to hit a lot of provisional balls from the tee, just in case we found our initial shot was O.B., since we never played the course before. Even with that, pace of play was still very good.

This is a private course that is probably looking to add some new members and for the money its probably a decent value for the course, clubhouse, practice facilities and pool. But just for a round of golf in that area, Lulu Country Club (another private course if you can get on it) is a much better play. I haven't played Center Square on Rt73 in a number of years so I don't know what kind of condition that course in is these days. If you went further north, near Allentown, Center Valley is an excellent course in great condition or Hickory Valley in Gilbertsville.

No doubt some of Arnie's finest work. Great layout with an over abundance of risk reward throughout that makes the ocurse funa & enjoyable for players of all skill levels. The conditions are excellent with fast and smooth greens. Big course with 6 sets of tees, huge fairways, greens and bunkers to match. Fair amount of water and wetlands give it a great look. Houses do take a way a bit, but the course is far to interesting to be a factor. I was a guest but incredible value in their membership, only $2,500 a year and very flexible plans. If I didn't live in NJ I would join in a heartbeat. Nice clubhouse, delicious food and friendly staff made me feel like a member. This is a must play if you get the chance!

I had the chance to play this course last weekend. Since it an Arnold Palmer design I was looking forward to it and was not disappointed. The course is maintained beautifully and the pro-shop and club house are excellent. The course itself is tight but not unbearably so. It is the East Coast where a lot is packed into smaller areas.

I do feel bad for the houses that line some of the holes. And the roads that run near some of the fairways. We played with a club member who had a tendency to sray the ball. We didn't hear any glass breaking, but did hear a couple of good thumps.

There are a couple of holes with nice dog-legs and slopes to make you wonder where the ball will end up. Since my round was comped I can not speak to the value of the course versus fees, but it was a wonderful afternoon on a nice course.

Played this course twice over the course of last summer and it's not too bad. It's certainly long and TIGHT! If you spray the ball you'd better bring some good insurance; houses line the fairway on several holes. The open area holes (without fear of crushing a house) are nice.
Clubhouse is quite good as is the food.
I rate the value high because I got compted the green fees.
