Friar's Head Golf Course


The 18-hole "Friar's Head" course at the Friar's Head facility in Riverhead, New York features 6,800 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71. Designed by Ben Crenshaw/Bill Coore, ASGCA, the Friar's Head golf course opened in 2002. Anthony Francis manages the course as the General Manager.

The good Awesome golf course. Best range ever. Course is great. Clubhouse awesome. The bad. If the Soviet Union had golf, they'd have had fewer rules! You can't fix a ballmark, the caddy has to. There are no yardages on scorecard or markers in fairways. With that, they went thru my golf bag and took my laser out before round started. No place are cell phones allowed except in car. Get over yourselves! It's only a game.
