I love Hamilton Trails. The course is clean and in excellent condition. The price is very reasonable compared to other courses in the area. The people are friendly and I always enjoy myself. I especially like the dog Silvio that hangs out in the clubhouse. Give it a try. Mary Jo

This course is one of my guilty pleasures. Around $30 for 18 holes (play the nine-hole course twice) and it's usually not crowded. Fairways are wide, so you don't have to duck from others' errant tee-shots like you do on some other nine-hole courses. Relaxed and friendly staff in general, though the last time I played the guy at the counter said I'd only paid for nine holes when I tried to go out for the back nine. I reminded him of the conversation we had when I arrived and he then remembered I'd paid for 18, but that rubbed me the wrong way.

Also, no drinking water or beverage cart on the course, so you'd better bring or buy some at the clubhouse.

This course is Boring with a capital B. It's too long for a beginner and not challenging at all for someone with more experience. Creeks, don't know where they are except for the dried up channel that leads to a roped off marsh off of 4 or 5. And it's $15 per 9. Pay twice if you'd like, so for me this course is not worth $30. Also, there isn't water to drink on the course, and they won't let you fill up your water bottle at the pro shop forcing you to buy their drinks. The best part about this course is that it was almost comepletely empty on a Saturday afternoon in July, wonder why. At least play was fast.

Good course for beginners or people watching their budgets. It's 18 holes and offers something.

Golf needs courses like this one. It’s inexpensive, accessible, easy enough for a beginner, yet challenging enough to keep a better player from being totally bored. It’s a great $15 round, but by no means is it a great course.

The greens were extremely slow and soft and the course was packed with beginners and unskilled golfers. There are creeks that come into play on most of the holes, and they lie at yardages that force a better player to hit a lot of irons from the tee, especially your first time on the course.

This is a good place to learn to play, or to take your first trip onto a full length course. Better golfers aren’t likely to think much of the place, but if they’re introducing someone to the game this course offers a better option than executive courses and a more interesting option than a driving range.

And for what it’s worth, the staff was accommodating and friendly.

It is true that they won't let golfers out until the frost has thawed. Not true that you have to wait till all fairways mowed.Nice course, great value

Staff not friendly and refuse any play till the whole course is mowed. So don't go here early or you will be standing out in the cold.

This is truly a great place to play. Although it is only 9 regulation holes, the re-play rate is very cheap and they offer a special on Saturdays i believe to play the 9 twice (18).

I play here often as it's close to my home and the value is excellent. Maintenance is much better than i expected.

Not the most challenging course but holes 1-9 are very fun to play and that's all you can ask for. Play can become backed up rather quickly though. I recommend playing here atleast once. A great practice course.
