Got a great deal with golf link. Played a very nice course in great condition. Did not play well but that's my problem.

Brutally average golf course. Conditions in August were sub-par, and worse than some muni courses (in the fairways). The greens were in good shape.

If you like dead straight holes, with an occasional dogleg that forces you to layup mixed in, then you might like this place. It is one of the most lazy designs I have ever seen. Even the corridors of trees appear too have been cleared by someone who drew two straight parallel lines on either side of the hole, and cut down everything in between. It is bowling lane golf with some bunkers thrown in.

I like Stephen Kay's work in general. Scotland Run is good, and McCullough's has some really fun holes, but this course is a snore and NOT up to the standard of the other high end courses in the area; Twisted Dune, Vineyard, Seaview, Ballamor, Atlantic City, Sea Oaks, et al.

The course I played today was worth $65, not $105.

My experience was severely soured by the staff/management. I have a golf pass that I paid for that states the fee will be the "member guest rate." I called in advance to find out what that was. I show up and they tried to charge me an extra forty bucks. They claimed the price I was quoted was a "special member guest rate." What? I want to pay the rate that member's guests pay, and this little switch-er-oo comes close to fraud. Other than that the course is well maintained, but the holes blend together in memory and the course lacks the kind beauty that one expects from such a high price. Overall, nice place, but nowhere near as nice as the management seems to think. Play was also super slow on a Monday. I live close by and will not go back. Better off going to Twisted Dune, Blue Heron, Sea Oaks, or Sand Barrens, i.e., a place with a little integrity.

Course was in great shape. Greens have a lot of subtle breaks and are a challenge.

Played here on 21 October 2007; the initial appearance of the facilities is a cut above average........but the course is not what I would consider a "must play".....nor a "should play"...I would call it a "OK to play but I think the Green Fees are too much " type course.

Ok but not worth the money

Very nice facilities. The conditions on the course were ok. The tee boxes were the downfall on the course. Defiantly not the best course for over $100 a round. With that price everything should be pristine. It was difficult course and made you really think about your shots but I was not overly impressed. I've played much much nice courses for $60.
