I liked this course, very good value for the money

The first course I ever played. I am from this area. The layout is fun and playable. There are a couple of small challenges but nothing to hair raising. Almost impossible to get into any trouble out there unless you don't like pine trees. I recommend this one to anyone who can get out to it.

Paradise Point -Scarlet course - 03/07

I had the oppertunity to play both the gold and the scarlet course on 03/18/07. The scarlet course differs from the gold in both difficulty and maintenance. You also do not need a handicap to play the scarlet course (you must be a documented 24 or less to play the gold). As such, the scarlet course gets alot more play, which can account for it looking rougher than the gold. It is still a fun track to play. Both courses share the same magnificent clubhouse (hence my 5 star rating for amenities). You'll need to jump through some hoops to get on these courses (see my gold course rating), but they are well worth it.
