i feel it's overpriced! I guess this is how they make their money when the visitors come down here. not a bad course but not worth the money they charge for the winter rates. found out the price of resident and non resident and it was almost double.

Played today, tight course, greens on the front 9 are ridiculous with the undulation. It is unfair to hit a great shot to the pin, or putt, and if it goes by by 2 ft it is down on another tier 20+ feet away. Back 9 greens were much better and flatter. Par 5's had the smallest greens on the course, strange. Had a good time though, just some weird things with this course. Wouldn't mind playing again.

Tough course........very tight from the tips. Greens are very undulating. Fun course but you can tell it gets played hard by public who doesn't fix ball marks on the greens. Overall condition was pretty good considering a drought and that is gets played hard. 5 hour round for sure on the weekend though, so if you can, get out early

I play this course twice a year, both times during the last week of Feb., and 2011 was no different. I enjoy all 3 of the Palm-Aire courses. Overall course condition was very good, same as in past years.

love playin this course. 25 bucks after 2 pm in the summer. fairways and greens are perfect. the rough is very hard to hit out of, deep grass.

Reviewed April 27, 2009

The fairways are in GREAT shape and the greens are in very good shape. Challenging course with tough pin placements.

I played this course end of May 2008. The staff were helpful and hands on. My cart died on me but that can probably happen anywhere. The fairways were dry with not great growth. The greens were well maintained and rolled true. The out of season price made it worth playing as well as low traffic due to heat of the day and being out of season.

greens are hard as a rock like most golf courses in south fl. couldn't find my ball marks on the green. fairways were in poor shape, price was very good after 2 pm. we had fun. but the golf courses in michigan are far superior i was kinda disapointed but in mich they dont get played all year around if this is a 4 star course than 75% of the courses in mich are 5 star

Palm Aire could be the best one of the best golf destinations in Florida, unfortunately, the ground crews need to be lined up and shot. The Cypress is still a great course and if you know how to work the system, a very good value. If you don't have a discount card or a coupon, bend over.

Usually the better of the two back courses. In-state rate and summer deals are great.

I play this course once a week after 2pm its 30 bucks and you can usually get in a full 18 holes. Lined with condos and pretty tuff track. I would give it a try its the best course at Palm Aire followed by the Oaks!

Reviewed August 23, 2007

Most difficult of Palm Aire's five tracks. House and condo lined fairways
