i feel it's overpriced! I guess this is how they make their money when the visitors come down here. not a bad course but not worth the money they charge for the winter rates. found out the price of resident and non resident and it was almost double.

Played today, tight course, greens on the front 9 are ridiculous with the undulation. It is unfair to hit a great shot to the pin, or putt, and if it goes by by 2 ft it is down on another tier 20+ feet away. Back 9 greens were much better and flatter. Par 5's had the smallest greens on the course, strange. Had a good time though, just some weird things with this course. Wouldn't mind playing again.

Tough course........very tight from the tips. Greens are very undulating. Fun course but you can tell it gets played hard by public who doesn't fix ball marks on the greens. Overall condition was pretty good considering a drought and that is gets played hard. 5 hour round for sure on the weekend though, so if you can, get out early

I play this course twice a year, both times during the last week of Feb., and 2011 was no different. I enjoy all 3 of the Palm-Aire courses. Overall course condition was very good, same as in past years.
