The 9-hole "Kodiak" course at the Bear Trap Dunes facility in Ocean View, Delaware features 3,393 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 36. Designed by Richard Jacobson, ASGCA, the Kodiak golf course opened in 1999. Troon Golf, LLC manages this facility, with Saul Schwartz as the General Manager.

See my review on the Grizzley course for the meat and potatoes of our overall experience at Bear Trap Dunes....I liked the Kodiak course a little better than the Grizzley for purely aesthetical reasons. It did seem a smidge easier than the Grizzley too.
