Swing Speed Bands Used
Our target swing speeds for ball testing are 93-97 mph for driver, 84-86 mph for 7-iron, and 55-57 mph for our 50-yard test. We accept small outliers on shots where all other variables meet the highest standards. These are the swing speed ranges we accepted for this test:
- Driver: 93-96 MPH
- 7-Iron: 82-86 MPH
- 50-Yard: 55-58 MPH
