Nice golf course in the Smokey Mountains so it is rolling but pretty open. Played first part of May and it was easy to get tee times. They offer special rates Sunday after 2 pm and all day Monday & Tuesday 18 holes for $18. Regular rate was $32 for 18 with cart. Greens were in great shape. Agree with previous post...great golf course and friendly staff.

Rarely do I play a course poorly and still give it a great review, but Laurel Valley will fall into that rare criteria. Typically if I play bad there is a reason for it, almost always being the condition of the course. The course maintainance here was pretty good though and the greens were fast, but somewhat hard to read with some slight breaks. As many people mentioned, the scenery and the course layout is Laurel's greatest strength. A hidden course with great views of the mountains and many unique or at least interesting holes. The value of $25 to walk twilight weekday is well worth it, definately a bargain. They have logo balls for the collector like myself, another plus. It's a fun course to play and would highly reccommend it to anyone in the area. It's no surpise why virtually ever review given has been positive. You won't be disappointed. Overall rating an A.

A beautiful little course out in the country. Not crowded -- staff is very nice and laid back. Great views of the Smokies, course challenging but not overly so. No complaints, a good value at $25.

very scenic course with narrow fairways (and blind shots). got some really spectacular pics of the mountains. They gave us a yardage sheet that was very helpful with our drives. A great golf course and friendly staff

This is a nice little mountain course settled in a valey in the Smoky's. I loved the layout and thought that the course overall was a great value. One minus for me, I played it in April and they did not overseed the Bermuda fairways with Rye, so you're playing on dormant grass. Probably a fantastic course once the Bermuda comes in.

What a beautiful course to play. I looked at the beaten down courses in Pigeon Forge area and chose this one and am glad I did. Blind holes - you bet, narrow fairways - yep, difficulty comes only from your errant shots. This is truly a course to play in the area. Green fees now $30 and some ice for the cooler would be nice. Would love to play this course again, but this time I'll bring a camera for all the spectacular views. Only 15 miles from Pigeon Forge but plan on a 45 minute drive.

What an excellent course! Probably the most spectacular views you will ever see from a golf course. This has to be as beautiful as Gatlinburg Golf Course and probably better.

An incredible value. Green fees now $30, but there is a $5 off coupon on the course website. The course is in excellent condition and when coupled with the INCREDIBLE views of the mountains, this has to be the best value golf course that I have ever played. I highly recommend it if you are in the Pigeon Forge/Maryville area. It is worth the drive.

This place rocks. Good rates, close to home & a great place to see how awesomely beautiful God's Creation is! The staff people are friendly and the ice they give you is sweet! =) Watch out for the groundhog on hole 2!

Challenging course to be only a par 70. Several blind drives with some narrow fairways. If you can't control your shots, this will be a tough course. It's great.

I guess Wumba is just afraid of his golf game. Isn't that part of the challenge, hitting blind shots. Well Wumba if you want Mickey Mouse go to Disney World. To everyone else this is a very beautiful and challenging course. Great value also.

Nice mountain view, and a plesant staff, and thats about it. This course had blind drives and blind approach shots on 15 holes. Some of the fairways are about 15 yards wide. Greens were very slow. No driving range or putting green. No drinking water to be found. Kinda Mickey Mouse.
