Southern Hills Golf & Country Club, Cookeville, TN

I flipped a coin to decide whether or not to leave a review, but ultimately decided to share my experience. In my opinion, people are only as good as their word, and unfortunately, this golf course didn't live up to their promise.

I called two days in advance to reserve a tee time and was told that I was all set. Excited to hit the course, I arrived 45 minutes early, only to be told that they were full and couldn't accommodate me. It was clear that they overbook their tee times to ensure that they're always at maximum capacity, regardless of their customers' reservations and plans.

It's disappointing to see a business prioritize profits over customer satisfaction, but that seems to be the case here. I wouldn't recommend this golf course to anyone who values reliability and honesty in their service providers. Save yourself the frustration and find a more reputable establishment to tee off at.
