This course is open now under new ownership and it's GREAT! Very well maintained and very good value for the money! Go try it out, you won't be sorry.

I was not impressed with the grounds, No bunkers, horrible greens (I think a few had patches of grass disease), fairways were basically mowed down fields (my yard looks better than their fairways). But still we were enjoying the day until the temp dropped and it started to mist cold rain. Since we had just teed off on 10 we figured we would stop and get a rain check for the next weekend. Until we encountered the lady at the front desk who insisted we should just play in the cold rain and finish and we were not entitled to a rain check, so after arguing with her for couple of minutes she gave us a rain check. As we walked towards the door she began cussing us to another employee before we were even out the door. This place is complete joke. The workers are very rude, the course is a disgrace to golf, so please do everyone a favor and stay away maybe they'll foreclose and get new owners who actually know how to run a course.

I have played this course now for about 2 yrs and I find it to be a very nice course for the price you pay. The people who run the course are great, very friendly nice not a bunch of snobs. The tee boxes do need some work and the fairways are hard, but hey this course is for sale so what do you expect. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to enjoy the game of golf without all the golf nazis, like you have at the other Bristol courses.

I live only 5 miles from this course, but I absolutely hate it. I have played there numerous times, hoping each time that it is better, which it never is. It could be a nice course if it was taken care of and all the staff was fired. I agree with the others. They are very rude. I would play there alot more if the atmosphere was different. Thankfully there are much better courses only a short distance from my house. Save your time and money and go to another course.

I have played this course around 6 times, primarily because of the cost. Over 55 can play on Tuesday and Thursday for $16.50 for 18 holes, and anyone on Wednesday can play unlimited all day for $17.50. The course and surrounding acreage is up for sale, but the owner wouldn't give me details on the terms. The course is challenging and sometimes unforgiving of an errant shot. The fairways on some holes are quite narrow with woods on either side. Upkeep is poor and reflects in fairways and rough being difficult to play. The layout is very good, but interestingly, there are no bunkers! - only water hazards.

Absolutely the worst golf course I've ever played. Most tee boxes are in the fairway. The rest are as hard as a rock. It's not very well kept. The staff is not a golf course staff and tends to be rather rude. The prices listed above are about $10 below the actual price. There are 5 courses within a 20-30 minute I would rather play anyday over this one. If it weren't for the natural beauty of the Appalachians, this course wouldn't have anything going for it.
