I live a few minutes away from this course and maybe play it about once every two years. Short with out of bounds on just about every single hole. Plenty of houses within reach of a slightly offline drive. A bit optimistic on the yardage posted on their score card. If you live within 20 minutes maybe worth a play once a year.

Just played this course today. Course was in decent shape for having rained the whole day prior. I'm assuming they were working on the greens but they were in poor shape. Aerated holes every where and extremely sandy (and fast).

As most people described, houses are very close to the course. I wasn't bothered by the houses as I thought I would be. The residents seemed to know the deal. I put a shot pretty much in the backyard of one resident (still playable) while they were inside their screened porch and it didn't seem to bother them. Not a particularly long course (2 par 5s) but I was able to use my driver about 6-8 times. Prime time rates seemed a little expensive at $61.

I would recommend playing there once to try it out but there might be better courses in the area for the $.

Houses unbelievably close to course. Normally designers design the course and then the houses, this place is the complete opposite. Its like the designers built the homes and said we have some land left over what should we do? I know put in a golf course! I did not enjoy walking through peoples backyards to get to the next tee box. Maintenance is below average. Divots all throughout the fairways. Maybe I went after a league night and the staff didn't have a chance to fix them. Some positives: pro staff was friendly, nice bar/grill, reasonable rates. Also because of design pulling out diver isn't the best idea. Wouldn't go back.

Proshop staff was friendly and helpful. Snacks and sandwiches in the clubhouse, reasonable prices.
Hole 3 GIR in fairway about 240 from tee box.
I found the homes in the area a little too close to the course.
Hole 15 has a nice view from the tee box.
I found the course lacking in fairway markers.
Cart path is marked though.

There are some close houses, but I never had as big of a problem as some other folks have complained about. The course is a pretty course with good variety, making it fun to play. I would definitely recommend this course because it wasn't too expensive either.

A typical public course with a country club attitude. The houses are unbelievably close to the fairways. I think I hit a deck the last time out. The course plays well. The straight hitter is very rewarded. A stray shot is usually going to present some trouble, be it trees, water, out of bounds, or a deck or two. The greens are very fast and you can not trust the break. Judge distance with your eyes, as the scorecard and placards lie. I went to a nice wedding reception in their facilties.

Very tight course with all the homes. The yardage on the cards is different than tee placement by up to 20 yards so I wasn't impressed counting off every hole. Course is in good shape. Greens were fast.

The only thing that makes me nervous is how close some of the houses are to the holes. A bad shot might cost you more then a lost golf ball if you are not careful. Otherwise this course is in great condition and I especially like the practice net before the first hole.

Great public course.

Aside from its close proximity, this is my home course because it's fun to play and you get a great bang for your buck. The course is varied a great deal to keep you guessing and grabbing for every club you have.
