For the type of course it is, a short nine holer, they keep it in good shape. But you pay Hershey prices to play there. Greens are relatively quick. Course actually has some challenges: elevation changes, sloped greens, good bunkering, carrying shots over water, and having water near the green. An accomplished player will not find much challenge, because the course is short, But kids and lesser players should find a challenge.

Bring your own food, drinks, etc. I'm a beginning player with a relatively high haandicap, and the greens were really hard to figure out. Would play it again in a heartbeat, though - A good course to play on short notice on a Sunday.

Short but deceptive course. The first three holes play very short and easy. The next set of three holes plays around Spring Creek and creates a nice setting though nothing long. The last three holes have rediculously sloped greens. What I thought was a perfect chip inches from the cup on number 7 ended up 10 yards below the pin due to the outrageous slope of the green. It doesn't get any better on the last two holes. Nice course visually but I played on a very crowded day and waited way too long...took nearly 2 1/2 hours to play nine.

Nice course for beginner's as stated before but that's where it ends. Do not take more then 1 hour and 30 minutes to golf the course because if you do the staff will not allow you to golf another 9. With careless staff that will over book the course they will run out of carts by 11. Overall it's a nice course but the staff is well below par.

Excellent for beginners and junior golfers!

This course used to be part of the Hershey Country Club and was built specifically for beginner and junior golfers... as such it's an excellent fit for that crowd. I was always told that Ben Hogan, once pro at Hershey CC, used to run junior clinics at the course back in the day...

When I was a junior golfer, I played this course more than any other... I don't play there anymore, but would definetly reccomend it to others!
Overall the course is on the short side, although #1 (a par 4) may feel more like a par 5 to some beginners.

The course is kept in very good condition, especially the greens, and is a fantastic facility for those just starting out in the game or looking for something a bit easier (although this course can still provide a challenge!).

This is easily one of the best courses of its kind anywhere around...

Watch out for #6

Anyone with a slice has got to be carefull here. A creek runs the right side and a large tree gaurds the left from the elevated tee.

Go prepared vending machienes only.
