The course is very over rated. Senior rate during the week is 26.00 dollars. Fairways have no grass just mud. During this time f the year rates should be on the down side.

This course has long been overrated and over priced. A wonderful course to play during discount rate periods. In the 3 rounds (probably 30+ lifetime) I've played there this year the best thing I can say is they have good drainage. Comparing it to other 40 dollar courses however leaves me wondering where my money went.

From an eastern PA viewpoint...plush course and a worthwhile stop. Not overly challenging (some trees around)...but enjoyed every hole. Not a lot of traps (except 17) and not exceptionally long...some good slope to several greens and yes...a little slow Staff great...brought my 11 year old along for a six course excursion...this was his favorite...that speaks volumes for me.
