Played when wet. Plenty of standing water on the course. But the course design is first rate and at $35 with cart a real deal on the weekends. Course has 2 postcard par 3's. The par 5's test you. Greens have some very subtle breaks and plenty of places to put difficult pins. Many holes were wide open, but it didn't seem to matter. Some maintenance issues.

All in all worth it.

The staff is the friendliest around - I don't mind spending my hard earned money supporting the course. Very tough greens and layout of course - very difficult.

This is the first time I have played here. Course was in very good condition, and the price was great. The only downside was the pin placements. (Several small greens and "brutal" pin placements).

This is by far my favorite course in the area. The par 5's are long, tough, and challenging. You're a fool not to try it out.

Long with tough greens.

If you are looking for a good challenge and don't want to spend a lot, this is the course for you.

Scenic Golf

Living only a few miles from several golf courses this has to be my favorite. I play this course several times a year and love every outing. The course isn't too terribly difficult but there are some holes that can be challenging for the average hacker. The views can't be beaten and the staff has always been friendly and accomadating when we have scheduled several large outings for scrambles. Nice, small, pro shop offers many styles to look over when it comes to attire and equipment. Nice course!!!

Great Value

I have gotten the chance to play this course many times and I must say that it is a great value. For the price, it is very hard to beat. There are several very memorable holes, such as one or two driveable par 4s, and some very picturesque par 3s. The greens can be very difficult, depending upon the pin placements. This is a very fun golf course.

Greg- Greencastle

There is something charming about Eagle's Crossing that I can't put my finger on. A couple of scenic holes on the back nine must have helped. I found the greens a bit quick, but the course played very fair. A bit challenging to find, but it's worth the "search"!
