There used to be a maintenance guy who'd cut ultra tight pins. I heard he could drive it 450yds... that's how the legend goes anyway. Fun if you're rolling cheap and want to booze it up (or not ;), can probably leave your woods at home though (Unless you cut the corner on 9 and drive the green).
