Played course on October 2, 2013. Fairways were overwatered, greens were not cut and very inconsistent. The pins were placed on ridges, tucked in close to sand traps, or in areas of extreme undulations. Course would have been more enjoyable with normal pin placements, every pin was placed in a difficult position. Enjoyed the scenery and the layout, every hole is different. However, enjoyment was cancelled by difficulty in approach shots and putting.
The driving range was closed, it is obvious the course is conserving cost.

Overrated, too expensive for the condition it is in. Lots of high weeds in the rough near the fairways give it a really unkempt look. For the average golfer, expect to lose your ball if your drive just barely leaks off the fairway. A great layout and cool elevation changes are wasted by lack of maintenance.

This course is definitely worth playing if you are in the area. Great clubhouse, great course, beautiful views from many of the tee boxes. Price was a little high, but I still think it was well worth my $72 to play on the weekend. I will be playing this again next time I go to Canton.

Way over priced, greens were not the best, very slow play. Legends much nicer for half the price

Outrageously overpriced when you consider you could play Windmill Lakes or Seven Hills for less than 1/2 price. The greens are HORRIBLE!!!! The only good part about this course is #17 and #18. Playing 18 into a crowded deck at the clubhouse has a tournament feel. Somebody should tell the superintendent how much they charge, because the course was in poor shape at best. The course looks much tougher than it actually is, huge fairways and only 1 tight tee shot from the back tees. If it wasn't for 17 and 18 I would hve asked for my money back. Seriously

Tough course...I did play it the day before I was diagnosed with mono so that may have something to do with it.. Way too expensive...Sweet Carts...Nice Staff

The facilities are top notch. The staff is excellent. The course is wonderfully maintained, and the views are extraordinary. That said, the layout is a bit of a caricature. They call it 'target' golf. I call it kind of goofy at times. Some holes are wonderful, while others have you scratching your head. Some doglegs force shots that probably have no place on a full-length course. A layup tee shot suggestion of around 100 yds on a severe dogleg-left par 4? Goofy. And the starter proudly boasts the course record is 18 - balls lost. Essentially, if you're much worse than a bogie golfer, the course is fairly punitive, which means expect slow play. It's a nice place to visit. I wouldn't want to play there even somewhat regularly. As others mentioned, overpriced for the quality of the layout. Seven Hills is a fairer test of real golf - at half the price and easily is as well-maintained. Maybe better.

Wow way overpriced for the area. course is nice and scenic. Did not think it was that difficult though. $68.00 for a weekend round in East Canton is ludicrous. Greens are also not very nice shape, slow and bumpy

A great challenging layout with no average holes. Every hole is unique. The first time through is tough since it takes some experience to know the best play. A great value for the golf dollar!

Could not ask for a nicer course. I have played courses in Florida and Vegas that were similar in quality, for over $100 more. In pristine condition, and great views. A must play course.

Long! Tough! Scenic!

I played a horrible round of golf for my first trip to The Quarry. It didn't matter though. I still had a great time! The views on at least 10 of the tee-boxes were jaw dropping. Give this course two years to mature and I bet it will be one of the top 100 public courses in the country!

T.H.E Quarry

The course I think is an overall 4.5 star course with lovely scenery and unblieveably long holes that will amaze you. This course also has a few challenges! There is tons of water and and lots of rocky valleys.
