The 18-hole "Thunderbird" course at the Spring Lake Golf Club facility in Middle Island, New York features 7,048 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 73.2 and it has a slope rating of 128 on Blue grass. Designed by Charles Martin, the Thunderbird golf course opened in 1967. Tyler Jurgens manages the course as the General Manager.

Course is way to expensive for what it offers. Also the food amenities really do drop the ball. Horrible staff, and horrible course = NEVER RETURNING AGAIN.

Course in great shape, staff friendly, Greens very large and in great shape. No tricks, just straight golf, fairways on the narrow side, but not too much so, enjoyed the round here, would definitely play here again.
