Play this course, I assure you that you'll love it. Perfect place to work on your short game. If you find the long grass you can forget about finding your ball. You'll find three others before you find yours. Without a doubt, it is the best value in the area. Playing here really improved my game this year.

Best par 3 I have ever played. I work for a country club grounds crew and this place was as well maintained as my home course. Great place to spend an hour or two

This hidden gem stuns most of the people I've recommended it to. The course is sandwiched between the Susquehanna river, Route 11 and a pipe manufacturing plant. That might sound like the recipe for duffer soup, but hold the line! I have played here regularly since the course opened a few years back and I can honestly say that the conditions here are on par with some of the nicest 18 hole tracks in the area. This is not your typical par 3 rat trap. The greens are meticulously manicured and the fairways are like carpet. Most of the holes feature bunkers, and I challenge you to find a weed or rock in them. The tee boxes are level and trimmed; and all have ball washers, broken tee boxes, divot fill and really nice boulder hole markers etched with the course logo. Some even have cleat cleaners. The undulating greens are FAST, and the course has alot of elevation change. The ninth hole features "the largest bunker in Broome County". You can leave your driver in the car if you hit it any further than 250 off the tee. Your 3 wood will do nicely for the par 4's. BUT, be warned. Most of the par 3's are lengthy, and some even have blind greens. If you're visiting the area and have a couple hours to burn, this course is worth the time.
