I played here last year and again this fall. The course is still not in good condition so for the money its not worth it in my opinion. I know a few members here and according to them the people who own it are not putting any money into the course and have cut back. I'm sounds like a sign of the times.

Big fan of Stonebridge. I know over the last few years it has gone downhill with the financial issues of the course but with the new owners it is back and better than ever. I play here about 3 times per month so I am familiar with the layout and what to expect. I play the tips everywhere and this place really pushes you back which is a solid challenge. The front is a cakewalk through the first 5 holes then it makes you work. The back is the harder of the sides by a long shot and has a really great layout. Best holes on the course: 7, 8, 10, 14, 15, 18. Play this place in 2010 and 2011 and it will be prime.

I have played this course several times over the years with mixed reviews. But this year I have to say the new owners have done a great job in the overall improvements.

I played here last year and the course was in horrible shape. I don't know what happened but there was bare ground in fairways on the playing surfaces and weeds and mushy ground everywhere. I'm not sure what happened to this course but it really has gone down. I play the tips and two of the back tees had no grass on them! Really was a disappointment.

under the new ownership, you can defanitly see a difference in quality in the course and the service. Solng with the food. I paid a semi- private price , but felt like I was at a private course. I found a new favorite place to play

I saw the last review and I just had to post. My girl friend bought me a gift certificate to Stonebridge. I went to the pro shop this past fall to redeem it and I was told that the new owners (who had just paid millions for this place) did not figure in outstanding gift certificates when they bought it so they weren't going to honor my gift certificate!! These people spend millions on a golf course and they wouldnt honor a lousy $50 gift certificate??!! Bad business doesnt even come close WTF???

This is a nice course, but the new owners have a very poor rain check policy. I drove all the way up from Boston to play golf. It wasn't raining in Boston. I get to the course and play 2 holes and it begins to pour. It wasn't just a shower. It was pouring. I went into the club house for a rain check and they told me that their policy was no rain checks unless the course was unplayable. What kind of policy is that? I drove all the way from Boston, couldn't play golf, couldn't get a rain check or get my money back. That is just bad business. I am not happy and WILL NOT come back here again.

Played there last summer - food terrible in restaurant. Nice layout but staff not too friendly Restrooms not very clean.

I play a lot of golf and Stonebridge is one of the best courses I have played in NH. The layout is fantastic. The course is challenging but fair. The greens are in unbelievable condition and the best I have played. They also have a decent restaurant with outdoor decks and nice views. There is no housing around the course so it's really like you're out in the country but it's only 15 minutes from Manchester. I play Stonebridge as much as I can and I never get bored.

Great course, the tee boxes need a little work as some are pretty ice burned still. The greens are in super shape and nice and fast. The fairways are also in great shape and cut perfectly. The views of the Uncanunick's are great and the wildlife is all around you, keep your eyes pealed for deer and foxes. The club house is great, they have a very nice restourant and pro-shop and the locker room is nice and big with plenty of showers.

Over all I would recommend this course to anybody looking for a great course in souther New Hampshire!

I just played Stonebridge this past weekend and it was in fantastic shape. If they had any damage from the floods earlier this year they have definitely recovered. The staff was great, too and the food in the lounge was also good...nice big martinis.

course is in big, big trouble. Couple of years ago it was in prime shape. needs drainage and much more. where do they spend the money for the high green fees?

I drive from Portsmouth NH just to play Stonebridge on a regular basis. The course has a great layout and is always in great condition plus the atmosphere and people are the BEST!! Good restaurant too!

Stonebridge is the best!!!

My husband and I play at Stonebridge all the time. The staff is friendly, the golf is great and they even have a nice restaurant with great food...and you can't beat the views! I can't believe that there is a place this nice so close to Manchester!!

Stonebridge is awesome!!

I think Stonebridge has the best greens in the state of New Hampshire. I've played alot of other places this year and by far Stonebridge is THE BEST! The staff is real friendly too.
