Great course for the price. Does seem odd to have airport runway, but as previously mentioned, rarely to planes come in or go out, so it's not really a problem. Greens and fairways are maintained very well. This is a long course, go you may have to play up a tee on some par 4's and 5's. Good risk/reward holes and gives a couple of fun opportunities like driving over water, hitting blind tee shots, etc.

Love this course, airport seemed like it would bother but planes rarely take off and are not a problem.

Excellent value. Nice management. Greens in great shape; fairways bare in winter (typical for area). Course has plenty of interesting holes.

I played this course for the first time and enjoyed it very much. The staff working there was very friendly and the course was just fun to play. Greens are great and challenging. I can't wait to go back and drop my score.

I like to play this course. There are not houses along the course like so many courses these days. I understand why they do it, but I hate houses along golf courses. It is nice to get out and just enjoy the day and the golf without looking at peoples backyards (or hitting balls into them either).

This is also a fun course if you like to hit your driver a lot. There isn't a lot of trouble. The greens are always in nice shape too. This is a great course to play with your buddies and enjoy some cold ones.

Add to it that the price is right too.

The one drawback is that there are no practice tees if you like to hit balls before you play.

Only played once, but a decent course. Good enough that I'm going back to play this weekend. Challenging areas, greens are tough, but it only makes you better.

Greens

Don't miss the small greens. Each one is elevated and if you miss, a difficult pitch back onto the green is required. Some greens have false fronts thus they are smaller than seen, some greens are tiered and have large slopes. None are simple.

Good enough

I'm Partial i live close to this one and think it has quite a few challenges for all type players.. put in a new putting green to practice up on, and the value is decent,, do wish had a driving range to warm up on but thats just me

It has improved

We play this course on a regualar basis, the course is mainatined and the greens are in good shape. They have no bad places, yes they are firm like most courses in the area. In fact I would rate the greens above average of the courses that I play. Staff is frendly and will work with the golfer. Not country club or resort golf but a good value and a decent challenge for most golfers.

Yawn...

Fairways were in decent shape. The greens are like putting on sand. Very slow and unchallenging. Had to wait on every shot. The course is dull and simple. Several holes on the back were semi interesting, but I wouldn't return to play. This just has no appeal to me whatsoever.
