The UNC Finley Golf Club , Chapel Hill, NC

This is a really solid test of golf and the service is very good. It's completely different from the old UNC-Finley course. It's pricey but worth the splurge once in a while.

I've played several times over the years and one thing to be said is it is always in great shape. I think they are a bit to proud of it but given the area they can afford to be. The staff is always first class and plenty of rangers to keep the course moving. Wonderful greens! Prepare to spend a little money here but if you are in the area the course should be on your bucket list.

Course in spectacular condition. Couldn't ask for more. The ranger was an older lady who was a real pain in the a*s. With nobody behind us the entire day she stopped us every 30 minutes to tell us we are behind and have to hurry it up...wasn't even nice about it. That being said; the rest of the staff was nice. The driving range & putting green were in good shape; lots of parking; and most importantly a beautiful course!

I really enjoyed playing this course. It is another great fazio design. Lots of bunkers and lots of different ways that the golfer can play it. The course was well maintained and can be anywhere from very easy to very difficult. It has a bunch of tees, it can play from 5000 yards to 7500 yards. The pro shop was nice, no restaurant though. There was a practice green, chipping area, and a driving range. It was a little expensive but worth the price. Definately worth checking out.

The greens need the be better maintained, but other than that great course.

Great course to play. Any handicap will love this course. Fairways are excellent and the greens are in great shape. The course allows for the pace of play to move so you are not backed up on every hole.

Very well maintained Fazio design. Gold tee yardage is more like 6800, blues are 6250 or so. Plenty of room to drive it, but approaches to the greens must be accurate or you will pay. Always in great shape, year round.

Awesome

This course is amazing for golfers of all skill levels. Par fives reachable in two, but severly punished if you miss the green. Par threes are short put also punishing. Fazio's false fronts and greenside bunkers make for a challenging second shot on all 4's, and 5's. Greens are soft and you can spin the ball like tiger woods.
