Course Reviews

I finally got to play this course after about 100 drive bys and consider it an outstanding experience. Took advantage of the May special (what a value) of $50, cart incl. A terrific day, beginning with the view at the top, friendly people, and wonderful panoramic scenes from some of the prettiest parts of Maine.
What a great sart to a Memorial Day weekend. I'll be back.
Thank you, Harold Alfond.

One of my favorite courses. However, the cost only allows me to play there when a consultant wants to spend their money to take me. If you have the opportunity and by all means I would recommend playing here at least once. Wonderful course!

Wonderful golf course. I took a trip to maine and played five golf courses including two private clubs. Belgrade Lakes was by far the best! Every thing about the golf course was immaculate. The fairways and tees were like carpets. The first hole was a fabulous start. The 18th was spectacular and fun. A must play if you are anywere in the state of maine.

Beautiful Course, Went on Wed May 9th 9am tee time, 70+ degrees. The greens were immaculate. I would definitely recommend going while they have their spring rates, not sure if I would have rated it so high if i was paying the season price of $125.

Wonderful course

Wonderful golf course. Fantastic staff. The views are something to behold. I would rate it up there with Poppy Hills in Monterey, CA. as a total golf experience.

In 15+ years of golfing these were my favorite 3 days of golfing. I only broke 90 once but it was still a ball. Best tee boxes I have ever seen. Yes it is expensive, but for me it was worth it.

The most overated course in the state of Maine after Samoset. I only played it because it was in the top 100 public courses in Golf Digest. 150 bucks keep it.
The 1st hole has awesome views. But I dont remember the other 17. I played it with my foursome in 2 1/2 hrs since noone is out there.
The place was in excellent condintion. And the people were nice. But will I play it ever agian. NOPE
The rocks on the sides of the fairways will look like crap in 10 years when there are trees growing in them. And the funny thing is they started to fill in dirt over the rocks. So when the rocks are gone this place will be a normal place. Belgrade is a good place to play once and thats it

You have to play!!!

Not one house on the track. Quite little clubhouse that sets you up perfectly for a relaxing day off golf. It's all about golf at Belgrade Lakes. If your below a 15 handicap you have to play the back as the other tee's are just to short. We travel 6 hours North to play in ME and this is the highlight!

I had a wonderfull day. The greens are not easy to read!!!

I was here October the 9th: temperature 74, sunny. The design of the
course is frankly outstanding. You need to consult the yardage book
mostly on the par 5. I would make a suggestion: please indicate the
pins locations on the greens either with a diiferent flag color ( red
white blue) or with a sheet indicating the placement. It helps to
speed the play and mostly it permits to lower your score.....
My thanks to the starter, the manager wo were very friendly.
Following your advise, I went to Dunegrass and had a wonderfull day
