This course is under new management, and it focuses on exceptional customer service. The course is in great shape. Once they work in the new rate structure this month, it will be well worth the value. Definitely come play the course in 2012, it will change your perspective on past views. Thumbs way up!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and condition of this course. The layout provided good challenges on most of the holes and the bunker placement was spot on - yu are rewarded for good shots and appropriately penalized for missed shots. The fairways were beautifully manicured, and the greens rolled nicely. The best part was the price - $50 with a cart - and that the course was not remotely crowded. If I am ever in the area again, I will play this course without hesitation.

The Ledges is indeed a great value and I've found people have rapidly discovered that! Busy on weekends now and a tee time is tough. If the price stays reasonable in this economy they will continue to attract golfers. The course is short, well maintained and scenic. Unusual layout for those who like to walk as I do - but I'm usually waiting for people in carts. There are 2 very long walks between holes. I love many of the individual holes and variety here - the views are stunning and I hope the rates stay reasonable. Three drivable par 4s and course management is important for your score.

The best value just about anywhere. The layout provides a formidable challage to good golfers from the blacks. Excellent conditions, I put this course in a category with courses that are 20$ to 40$ more $. Conditions leave nothing to be desired. Many of the greens can't be missed by more than a few feet without a sereous penalty. Most of the greens are elevated with steep slopes off the sides and back into areas where you probably won't find your ball and may not want to. Watch for poison ivy if you hit it out of play, many holes are surounded by pretty dense forest without red stakes, but with plenty of poison ivy. Take my advise and keep it in play!

New clubhouse opened April '08 is great. This is a shotmaker's course that most will find very challenging. Condition is most always excellent.Scenery is outstanding. Front and back nine are very different - front is your typical New England course with woods and water. Back nine sits on a ledge and is mostly open and will remind you of a links style course. Some high risk/reward holes with driveable par 4's.

This Course Is a Hidden Gem...I almost feel bad writing a good review for it because I don't want it to crowd up...The course is maintained like a PGA quality course...PERFECT...Lots of fun holes and every hole is differant...The Par 3's are a little short but still challenge you enough to make it interesting...The value is amazing...and the Scenery is great...One of the best I have played and will play it again and again...COMING in 2008 NEW Club House...Should make it next to Perfect!

Well worth the drive to get there and the extra cost!

have played a ton of courses lately in the northeast and keep coming back here - by far the cheapest AND one of the best layouts I have ever played - value is unparalleled - my son plays for $10 - every hole has personality, laid out better and more memorable than many high-end courses I've played - beautiful with great views - very well maintained for a muni course - tees flat, fairways lush, rough dense but fair, greens generally well-tended (but late in the sumer now they're showing use) - play it from the tips and it's a serious course at 6500/72/133 - play from the whites and it's relaxing and fair - AND it's uncrowded - no one knows about it yet (hope this review doesn't mess that up) - but my boy sums it up best - 'Let's go back to the Ledges - that's the funnest course.'

Good course, not very difficult my friend shot a -2 for my first round as a junior golfer I shot a 100. I played there my first round of golf and was blown away by the scenery and everything else.
