nice course. greens needed cutting when i was there though it was early in the year. the price was right for the same reason. Tough, tough layout. Beautiful course at time reminded me of North Carolina. some holes require accurate shots and some local knowledge wouldnt hurt either. id come back during off season due to lower rates.

This is a beautiful course. The front nine has a couple of holes that are absolutely picturesque.
Challenging. Well maintained, so much so that you wonder if it gets much play, but it does. Only complaint is that for the money, the carts should have GPS. I used my sky caddie, but it would have been better with the picture layout that GPS provides. Best to play with someone who know the course if it’s your first time. Pay it and play it. You won’t be disappointed.

This place is great. Very well kept, beautiful scenery, the country club feel for the public. The value is good if you play the afternoon, cart and range balls are always included in the price. A number of the holes are real treats, especially the par 3's. The greens are tough and make you really step up your short game. I make it a point to drive out and play this each summer.

A fairly tough course with beautiful scenery. The staff are well trained and friendly, which is more than I can say for some of the members we met. Red Tail is way over priced for what you get.

This was a real dog track if you ask me. One of the most overrated courses I've ever played. I will not return.

Because this was one of the most expensive courses I have ever played, I was prepared to be very critical. I can't honestly say the value for the dollar was five star, but everything else came close. The layout, scenery, course condition and staff were great. With multiple tee boxes, you could almost dial in the degree of difficulty you wanted. Despite the high price, I plan on coming back.

This is one of the finest golf courses anywhere public or private,a must play for anybody who loves golf. There are only a handful of private courses that stack up to Red Tail. There are 6 or 7 holes on this course that would be signature holes on another course.Forget the price, play it once you'll want to return.it's ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL.

A beautiful, challenging course. On April 3 there is still a bit of snow around, but the course is in nice shape for the start of the season. The early season afternoon (after 2pm) rate of $55 including a cart and range balls is very reasonable.

course was in gorgeous shape, fairways were beautiful and the greens were quick. Putting on the greens was a challenge because many are tiered and undulating, it is important to leave the ball on the right side of the hole. Prices are ridiculously high and therefore i played twilight. the twilght rate is a great value at 37 bucks with a cart and range balls. Managed to squeeze in 18 somehow because no one was there and showed up early for the range balls. Would strongly recommend
