I give it this rating for a number of reasons, I like the course for the scenic view and if you filled in the poorly managed bunkers and had better green management this course could come back to what it once was. Greens are so full of ball marks , and most of them I see being left by members that seem to think they own the course. The rough is exactly that, you don't want to walk in without watching closely or you might find a snake snuggled up next to your ball. If you don't mind spending the biggest part of day getting around the course you are in for experience with just about any possible lie known to a golfer. Seniors, this course can be tiring if you aren't in condition but you have a nice pro-shop, clubhouse to stop at before and after number 9. Great drive range, good putting green and much of staff are volunteer or youth working for free playing rights. The bunkers and poorly groomed greens are the too worst problems and I hope they decide to either do a better job of caring for the bunkers or fill them in, the greens ?? Well let's face it, they require a lot of work and someone to see they aren't abused. The rates to play are much too costly and so be advised you can easily drop $75.00 by the time to get a round of 18 completed. Again take the camera for the scenic photos of this course.
