This is the first course my wife and I played since we've moved to Atlanta. I found the course to be challenging, however, that said, the challenge was dealing with the lack of helpfulness from the Ambassadors. They appeared clueless and provided no direction once we arrived there or authority when getting our T-time on time (we started 30 minutes late due to player backups). When moving from hole to hole, there were no clear signs as to where the next hole was. The entire course seemed like a hodge podge and the greens were so~so maintained. Now, we did only pay $52 for the two of us to play 18 holes, so I guess you get what you pay for. We both decided we would not play this course again.

Course is short due to its history. That doesnt mean its easy.Plenty of trees, and a few creeks.Definitely play during the week,as wknd rounds can last 4.5hr +!!!!

Since retirement I have played about 25 rounds at BJ in 12 months. If you play M to Th the course is not very crowded and players move at a pace that usually allows for about 41/4 hour rounds.Greens(bermuda?) are very good and role true. The few bunkers are well maintained. Course is fun to play and convenient so an 18 hole round of golf does not take much of the day. Long hitters off the T(250y plus) will find the course easy as course length is in the old club tradition.

The people who run this course were rude to my girlfriend and her female friends. I would not recommend Bobby Jones. Unless you like to be harassed while you play the greatest sport on the planet. Then, this is your place.

Good value and in pretty good shape. Close to downtown. The difficulty is knowing which fairway to drive.

very easy, greens are not good, if you hit a 200 yard tee shot and it is straight you will shoot pretty low... fun course to practice at!

Avoid if at possible. Greens look good but roll horrible, tee boxes are a mess.

Pretty good course.
The greens are in good shape since they replaced all of them champions bermuda. Although it was a little deceiving, because they weren't as fast as I expected.

this course has decently cut fairways and tee boxes but poor greens. The best part about this course is the scoring oppurtunities. There are many short holes and downhill drives that offer great shots. With smoother greens, the course is a great place to stop.

B Jones = Good Value

Nice, well kept course. Very forgiving for novice golfers and a few challenges for the more experienced. Very good value for the price. Overall, fun course!
