Very poorly laid out. It is more of a high end housing development with a golf course. The homes are literally on the golf course! There is no rough, just houses where the fairways end. The homes need to be pushed back a minimum of 50 ft. just to make the course playable. Bring lots of golf balls. The course is well maintained but is designed for scratch golfers who can hit extremely tight fairways, and there aren't too many of them around. Also, terrible or no food and beverage. No beverage cart and the tiny bar and restaurant closes mid afternoon. Not the kind of course the average golfer would enjoy.
Challenging layout, great fast greens. First time we played here and will definitely go back.
Played the course 3 times in the past year and loved it. Tight, narrow fairways, beautiful layout and greens. Decided to make the 50 minute drive from West Palm the other day and was totally dissappointed. The fairways were in terrible shape. Patches of sand everywhere. Clubhouse was not open until 10 on a Sunday. No starter, so people were going off the back whenever they wanted. WILL NOT GO BACK ANYTIME SOON!!!
Price was very good. This course was a great find. A lot of fun best greens in the area. Staff very helpful. I will play it again.
The course is in excellent condition and the greens are among the best I've seen in Florida. They were fast and rolled true. The course is tight and water comes into play on 16 of 18 holes. The first hole is tricky and some of the tee boxes are difficult to find, especially on the back 9. We never did find the black tees for the 13th hole.Amenities were somewhat lacking. The starter was friendly and very helpful. Use caution however, when you finish your round. The staff that "assisted" took several personal possessions from our cart and were overly aggressive looking for tips for "cleaning the clubs". Left a somewhat bitter taste after what was an otherwise nice round.
