Not a bad lay out. To bad it is in such terrible shape. Bad greens, dirt, overseeding. Fairways in bad shape. Rough, patchy and unkept. Folks who work there not real personable. To many nice courses around to play there. Definitely not worth the money. Don't waste your time.

Sadly this could be a really nice course. However it was in very poor condition, particularly the greens which had big bare patches and were just a mess. To cap it all the "ranger" told us we were going to take 5 hours to play when we ere on 15 and we finished in just over 4, he needs a new watch!

lubhouse is passable at best. Not worth the drive from Orlando and way overpriced.

Played mid May 2010. Very nice course, but quite challenging from the tips. No houses all in the woods with the critters. Greens were 7 of 10 condition wise. Fast but sparse and bumpy. Going to aerify first of June. They need it. Fairways were okay but sparse as well. This is a tight tree lined course where you need to drive the ball straight. Beginners beware. Overall a very good value in the summer as $20 is very fair. It should be in better shape in a month or so if we can get some much needed rain. I'll be back for sure.

played on Jan. 11,08. Rental clubs were brand new--we had to wait while they unwrapped them--but of the "beginner" value variety. Course was in excellent shape but, un my opinion "tricked up" to make it hard. I have a feeling it would play easier once one was used to it.

i live in ohio and go to the orlando area once or twice a year. the course, the people in the clubhouse and the facilities are nothing short of fantastic. cordial, and make you feel welcome. i have never missed this course since they opened and will always keep it at the top of my list, and you should too. give them a try and you will continue to return. thank you diamondback..

first let me say the bad thing first 5.00 for a hot dog. now the course what beautiful lay-out, the best layout you will play in the orlando area. if you are in town for one day forget disney drive to play this. i just can't say enough about this golf course layout. other than it's a (MPBUD) must play before you die. my only knock is that there are no yardage cards, there are some holes that really require knowing the lay-up yardage.

P.S. the only reason i gave amenities 1 star is that hot dogs are $5. but club house is in great shape.
