all of employees were either on their phones or in the bathroom not working or not helping anyone, plus the extremely dirty and @$!*% covered bathrooms with piss all over the floor. My experience with this horrific roach infested hell hole was absolutely gruesome, i would never recommend anyone paying a visit or at least use the restroom before you come to this place and get cockroaches in ur shoes.

It may have been a plantation at one time but it's a cow pasture now. In fact, one of the holes on the back 9 is adjacent to a cow pasture. I made the mistake of trying this course for the first time. The fairways are more weeds than grass and the greens are among the worst I've ever played. Don't waste your time even thinking about playing here. By the way, no one has reviewed this course on Golf Links in two years. Does that tell you something about its popularity???

Played in the afternoon on a September Saturday as a single. Paid a low price and the staff was nice. The economy has effected this course like most other "semi-private" Florida courses. The money is just not coming in and the number of players has decreased. Naturally that means that very few courses can maintain themselves to look like they did a few years ago. This course is in fine shape for what it is; a course competeing with many nearby courses for the same dwindling number of golfers. Condition wise it was very playable! The fairways were fine and the greens were fine with the occasional bare spot being treated and addressed. Few, if any semi-private courses are picture perfect these days unless being supplimented by a developer.
Now about the difficulty and scenery. I played from the blues and the distance was fine but there were many blind tee shots that can trouble you if you had never played here before as I found out myself. I acutally found it fun and it made me think. My gps on my phone kept me out of trouble. There are a few holes where the landing areas are narrow with trouble nearby. Others with a long carry off the tee over trouble. The long par three one reviewer mentioned is a challenge. Not just because of length but because of the slope and tiers.
Now that I have played it once and have seen where to hit the tee shots I look forward to playing it again. This will challenge your game but a good score is possible. I am an 8 handicap and the condition did not effect my game. A low handicapper would be more effected by the less than picture perfect condition of some of the greens.

This may be the worst maintained golf course I've every played. Crabgrass all over including around the greens. Greens were in terrible condition. And the #10 handicap hole is a par 3 that played 203 yards into the wind from the Blues with a pin placement you might only see at the Masters. This will be my last visit to this cow pasture.

another course where they seem to have made budget cuts. No GPS anymore on carts. It's one of the hardest courses I've ever played (from the black tees); very narrow and lots of water + wind.
