Love this place. The staff is genuinely happy to see you, they have great rates, course is always well taken care of, it's a great track, challenging from the back tees and perfect for beginners from the forward tees. Highly recommend the restaurant as well.
I played there again a couples of times last month after not been there for over 2 years and I have to said, founded my self with a great surprise, the course have a new management/Owner who I understand was a former LSU player, he and his team have turned the place around 200%, Greens are fast and smalls, fairway have very well maintained grass, bunker with plenty of soft sand, very fair layout. Club house was redone completely and they have an amazing chef on the restaurant, you should try the fillet mignon or the Cajun chicken pasta!
Course plays long and although was thrown together too quickly by owner/designer when first built it has matured and was a pretty good deal before they threw up the prefab houses.
