Greens were aerated within the past week. Loved the course. Very beautiful and lush. However the greens were very very slow. I wish I could have played it when the greens ran more true. I think the price could have been a little better. I played Silver Rock and Eagle Falls and PGA West Nicklaus Tournament course and believe they were a better bang for the buck. I am not a great golfer but enjoy the game very much. I did love the course very much but compared to what I paid at those other courses, I think I would have rather golfed elsewhere. I paid $56 there and Silver Rock $30 PGA WEST NICKLAUS TOURNAMENT $29 AND AT EAGLE FALLS $39. When it is near or above 110 degrees, I believe the Marriott could lower their rates to a more comparable level.

Our favorite of the desert public courses...very challenging in every way: fast, undulating greens, abundant hazards, a varied, thoughtful layout, and on most holes very little sense of any other surroundings. A delight!
