Beautiful course. Very scenic. One of the best maintained courses played. Challenging but fair. Good play is rewarded. Pleasant staff. Recommend playing here.

Played on Oct 20, 2012. The weather was great and the course was in awesome shape, but pace of play was terrible. No course marshalls to be found. A 5+ hour round is not the norm here, but hurts when you bring a few friends 200 miles to play.

Beautiful, well maintained, and can be as challenging as you want it to be. This is not a links course at all. There is very little tall grass, and an errant tee shot is almost always playable. I can see why people would call it a links style course, but missing the fairway here is not too penal. It's just some thick bent grass rough, and if you club up, it isn't that tough. I loved it. You can bang your driver, or play it safe and score either way. The wind was calm when I played, and I can see where a windy day could really wreck your card.

The back nine is really cool, as it changes to a more woodsy tree lined enviorent. An absolutely wonderful course that is very playable for the average golfer.
