Played this course twice now. Easy Course, no elevation changes, large greens no OB except surface streets. First time I played I was fairly happy with the value, ease to get on and quality. I just played a second time, I was a walker, playing with two seniors who were driving a cart. Halfway down the 13th hole their cart died, so I called the clubhouse to have someone bring these gentlemen a new cart, they said OK, no one came out as we made our way down the hole (back toawrds clubhouse). I had to walk back to the clubhouse for these seniors, ask again for a replacement cart, while holding up play behind us because the staff was so lazy. Boo on you Park Hill, two seniors who paid to use a WORKING cart. Oh and they were not too busy to help either. Ridiculous, not sure I want to go back and play again after that. I also should mention the slow pace, no marshals and poor play spacing. I paid $25 to walk, I wouldn't pay more than that. This course is in my neighborhood, so mad I don't want to go back!

Park Hill is a decent value only if you can get a tee time discount. They offer $33 and $35 dollar specials on There is no way anyone should ever pay $45.00 to play this course. It's a pasture. The slowest pace of play ever. 6 hour rounds are common. The employees state this themselves " this is a corporation, we can't change anything and we don't care".

I left after 9 holes and will never return to this golf course. There are way to many courses in the Denver Metro area to even consider playing this dump.

Don't play it. Don't waste your time or money.
