I played this course in Jan 2011. 70 degrees, no wind. Perfect day. Overall no issues to be concerned about and as long as it is a reasonable price 25-40$ this is a fine course. Note this is an unconventional layout. It has short dog legs that you can drive through. This track teaches course management, this course forces you to hit 5 irons and 3w off the tee box. Many ways to score low here. Few blind tee shots. It is not a typical city course, so give it a shot, I do recommend it as long as it is under under $40. It plays fine at 25-35$
