Ghetto golf!

This could be a very nice course if it were maintained. The setting is nice, but the course is in terrible condition.

Played Memorial Day 2011 for first time. Long day with a 5 hour round. Good practice areas. Greens and fairways were in good condition. Look forward to going back to improve my game.

Good practice course, especially if you can't get out often. Fairways are brown, but greens in good condition. Straight hitters will be rewarded. Costco hot dogs at the turn.

Had great memories here and some real bad ones. Played my fastest round here. I think 6 minutes per hole. Great for a twilight rate. At the same breath, had one of my worst experience here. The marshall took my cart in the middle of my round because it was getting dark. I was pretty upset and told off the starter for the stupidity of the marshall. I had to finish the round without a cart that I paid. In fairness, it was getting dark but light enough to see my ball. I vowed never to come back again. But truthfully, I have played after that incident. I would never pay full price here. Only twlight prices. But there is no guarent that you will enjoy your round. All depends on who shows up to ruin it. Beginners playing? Marshall taking your cart? Who knows? But on the positive side, I have played here where the greens were very nice. Smooth as silk. Not all the time, but it did happen....honestly!!!!

Save Your Money - this place is ghetto

This place is full of hacks and slow players. Marshalls look like they are going to kick the bucket at any time. The pro shop looks likes it hasn't been upgraded since the 60's.

Greens are horrible, fairways are in worse condition. This is the taco bell of golf courses. Its cheap and somewhat filling, but you'll regret it later.

The worst place I've played

Azusa Greens was terrible. I played on Saturday 11-10-06. The pro shop had put my tee time down for the wrong day. The driving range was okay, but I hate hitting off mats. The clubhouse and pro shop was very outdated. The course was in terrible condition. The fairways are St. Augustine grass and the greens are so chewed up, I had to try to miss my putts to give them a chance to go in. The 17th green even had graffiti on it! That green summed it up for me. I would play here again if it was $5, not $40. This course was probably nice in the '60s, but not anymore.
