Srixon Soft Feel Performance Notes
If we're going to draw one conclusion from our Srixon Soft Feel test, it's this: Soft Feel is the distance ball for moderate and lower swing speed players who prioritize the short game.
Among balls in this class -- the 2-piece, soft-feeling variety -- Soft Feel created the second-highest wedge spin.
While it was a challenge to squeeze ball speed out of Soft Feel in our driver test, it created distance through low spin and a higher launch that kept it in the air longer. While it wasn't enough to compete with the longest balls in our test, it likely is enough to satisfy slower swing speed playesr and budget shoppers who prioritize short game control.
