Golf schools give golfers a chance to learn the game from top teaching pros in one-on-one and group settings with intense scrutiny. Many women golfers interested in improving their games prefer to go to golf school with other women. Here are some of the top golf schools for women.

Roland Stafford Golf School

The Roland Stafford Golf School in Windham, Massachusetts offers a 3-day program that includes five hours of instruction per day, video analysis and greens fees. The accommodations are considered outstanding and the food is excellent.

Bird Golf Academy

The Bird Golf Academy in Prescott, Arizona offers 3-, 4- and 5-day classes for women only. The courses are intense and include as many as 18 hours of instruction per day, including six hours of course time. The facilities are top of the line and golfers get individual and group instruction.
