Small course, pretty easy; not terribly well kept up, but the price is right. Weekdays are just $10 and $13 on weekends. No tee-times either; so just walk in. Great for when you just have that desire to go play but haven't reserved anything. Use the golf range just down the road at Mountain View to warm up. Overall a good little practice course.
