The 18-hole "WildHorse" course at the WildHorse Golf Club facility in Henderson, Nevada features 7,053 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 75.2 and it has a slope rating of 135 on Bermuda grass. Designed by Hubert Green/Robert E. Cupp, ASGCA/(R) Brian Curley, ASGCA, the WildHorse golf course opened in 2004. Elite Golf Management manages this facility, with Jon Waddington as the General Manager/Golf Professional.

It's always enjoyable to visit Vegas and play golf at Wildhorse. The staff is friendly and helpful, the overall course is well kept. The desert-scape distinguishes between the fairways, greens and rough as well as the bunkers. The most challenging part of the course are the water hazards, especially on #9. I love this course and it is a lot of fun.

After reading all the previous reviews I can say most of the renovation work and improvements to this course are done. Clubhouse and Pro Shop are gorgeous. I played with some of the locals and they explained the changes in the course to me. The three guys I golfed with felt the course was making a change for the better. Sure they were doing major maintenance on the 17th fairway but all the other holes were in good shape. Having played TPC Las Vegas the day before, the greens at Wildhorse were in better shape than TPC Las Vegas. At first I thought I paid too much but I got $8 in tokens and a free sleeve of golf balls. What was priceless was the company of the people I golfed with. They were an absolute blast and made the round more enjoyable.
