This is a nice course but way overated by the locals and probably the worst value of any course I have ever played! I have only played this course a total of three time because they overprice themselves for the course. The condition from what I have seen is in really good shape even in the dog days of summer. The layout is really nice. The greens are by far the most difficult from any course I have ever played. It is a really nice course but for 34 dollars on a weekday and 45 on a weekend makes me go somewhere else. Its nice but not that nice.
