The 9-hole "Highland Park" course at the Highland Park Nine Hole Golf Course facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota features 3,000 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 35. Designed by Fred Horfort, the Highland Park golf course opened in 1971. John Shimpach manages the course as the General Manager.

Awful course. When booking a tee time we confirmed there was a special, twice. When we arrived the manager decided there wasn't, and was completely unapologetic and extremely rude. The course itself is very poorly maintained, there are leaves everywhere in the middle of July! Greens had divots and dirt patches, and a man on a lawnmower ran over my ball. If you're looking for a cheap round go elsewhere.
