I have a love/hate relationship with Izaty's. First the love. I love the design of this course. It provides plenty of challenges for all level golfers. The designer, The Dye Design group did an excellent job of remaking the golf course. They maximized the property. I would have loved to have played this course shortly after the remake.Now the hates. Most if not all of the sand traps are really only gravel. The sand is long gone. There are tufts of grass in them that's not suppose to be there. The conditions of the greens is grass so thin as to leave bald spots. The fairways and rough are cut the same length and have many dirt spots where there is suppose to be grass. Even signage showing where the next tee box is missing on too many holes.
