Course was in fantastic shape greens were fast, really enjoyed my experience and had a great dinner afterward. I guess they were under new management in 2013 and it shows, experience was much better than in past years
The course was in good shape and well maintained. However:-Our cart had a green by green pin placement sheet. I spoke to the staff and apparently they were not using a consistent pin placement that day so the pins were randomly located. Furthermore, the flags did NOT use red / white / blue colors OR use the little flags on the pins to indicate pin depth. Really?-We had a book that showed the hole layouts, however, it had no yardages in it. “Big hitters can carry the bunker while shorter hitters will want to lay up”. Not very helpful.-There was a par 5 and I was a long way out. I went to find a yardage marker knowing I couldn’t carry the green but wanted to be about 90 yards out for my 3rd shot. I found a nearby sprinkler head that said “just hit it”. You jerks.-The GAM yardage markers on the tee boxes are hard to find.I will not go back.
