If Amenities are important to you, then play next door at Tyrone Hills or at Dunham Hills.. The Preserve staff is curt, and There's no "Beer Girl". The over zealous rangers really threaten your ability to have a good time here. That all been said this is the most beautiful course I've played this year. The course is challenging but not ridiculous. Playing in the fall with the folliage change will knock you out!
Best course in Genesee county, and maybe mid-Michigan.
