TPC Louisiana, Avondale, LA

I really enjoyed my round at TPC Louis. The course has an excellent practice facility. The layout has plenty of variety. You really cannot go wrong with a Pete Dye design. Like other Dye course TPC Louis has plenty of risk reward shots, lots of sand and plenty of breaks in the greens. There are several holes on the back that felt like they were pulled out of sawgrass - a complement on the design, stressful for the high handicapper. For the area the course is expensive, however, you will not find many courses on the PGA tour for as low of a greens fee. I would recommend and play the course again.
