It was my first time playing and it was amazing! Right as we pulled up to the parking lot and started unloading our bags, a course ranger came to our car with a golf cart for us (we walked, but still), handed us a scorecard and a sheet for the pin placement. He also told us the pin location for today and what hole to start on. I really felt like I was a member of a country club! Rates are very reasonable, especially with the loyalty cards the city offers, which gives you $5 off green fees every time! Once on the course, it was in immaculate condition! Holes were very well designed. The course was very walkable. Very pleased with the entire course! Coming again very soon!

Played 6/15/2012. The maintenance people deserve an A+; the course was in near perfect condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely play here again if I have the opportunity. My rangefinder got a lot of use, as I tired of walking off distances from sprinkler heads.

Very challenging course. Best to put approach shot as close to the pin as possible, greens are difficult to negotiate. Well manicured. My favorite course in Lexington area by far.

Very challenging course especially on a windy day since the layout is on high ground and very exposed. Bring a range finder or you'll be guessing at distances due to a lack of on-course markers. "Dye-abolical" breaks on the greens, expect a lot of three putts. Great conditions, fun course (if you don't mind exceeding your average score by a handfull of strokes...)

Played 10/12/10 Great layout, good greens, nice staff. Played 36 and enjoyed the whole day. Will be back soon for another 36. Kudo's to the city for spending money to keep up and update.

Great links "style" course. Greens can be very difficult. Distances are long of any tee. Par 3's can be ridiculous. Water in play, Knee deep rough. Large deep bunkers. Challenging course with risk reward shots on every hole. Overall worth playing just to experience this style of course. Nicest one in area.
