Guys - do yourself a favor and find a new course. We played it yesterday - on a Saturday - and it was awful! Lack of carts, lack of management, lack of spacing between golfers. At one point we had to jump 3 holes because there were 3 foursomes waiting to tee off!! Incredible! Really disappointing that NO ONE is managing this course. Too many other great golf courses within 10 miles so don't waste your time and money on this one.
I believe Mundelein HS owns the property and there in NO plans for dismantling. Decent course. Strong value. Slow play can cripple the weekends. Some real testy holes, and some birdie ops too. NOT a dirt track at all.
This is close to home and is a nice easy course to play with my son. They are working on improving it over the last couple of years. Good lunch in the clubhouse/bar. Need a pro shop with more accessories. Looking forward to trying the Friday night fish fry.
